On September 27, 2014, Save the Redwoods League joined forces with San Mateo County Parks, the California Academy of Science, Sequoia Audubon Society, California Native Plants Society and Nerds for Nature to rally the public and explore the biodiversity in Memorial Park. Outdoor enthusiasts truly rallied and together we made over 836 observations during the morning bioblitz and have identified 140 species so far. It was super fun, let’s do it again!
